Description
This collection primarily consists of papers pertaining to Lehr’s professional life. Includes political brochures, campaign literature and correspondence, legal documents, ephemera, newspaper clippings, and photographs. There are also materials relative to the fraternal organizations he belonged to and a 1947-1948 run of the publication “The Maccabees Demonstrator.” In addition, there are handwritten addresses and speeches that he gave to the fraternal organizations, as well as political speeches. Topics range from Catholicism to the anti-saloon movement. Finally, there is a small amount of personal material including publications from Monroe High School.
